RETURN-DONATION POLICY - PLEASE NOTE:

  • We do not offer exchanges.
  • We do not accept traditional returns.
  • We only accept returns, which meet  Donation Portal Guidelines,  through our  Return-Donation Refund Portal
    • Request Processing Times:  The Donation request must be started no later than 14 days after receiving the product(s).
    • Donation Claim Investigation Review Processing Times: It can take up to 3 weeks to process your claim after the investigation is complete. 
    • Store Credit: Donation Portal Refunds are issued in the form of Store Credit only.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY ISSUES & ERRORS

  • Sipley Bean N' Leaf is not liable for any damage or loss of products/goods while in transient with any postal carrier service. You will receive a tracking number for your order which you can use to track your order accordingly.
  • Sipley Bean N' Leaf is not responsible for packages being sent to the wrong addresses as a result of being entered incorrectly at checkout.

COFFEE & COFFEE SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS:

  • Coffee orders: Regular coffee orders are only refundable if you notify us before you order is Our coffee is locally sourced and ground and roasted to order. Therefore, if the order is not paused/canceled immediately, the cancellation will not be possible. Such orders do not qualify for a return as they are NOT refundable or donatable.
  • Subscription orders: Subscriptions are prepaid services & non-refundable. Contact us ASAP if you wish to cancel or pause your subscription. If an order is already being processed for you, it is non-refundable, but the following scheduled order can be canceled or paused if processed in a timely manner. (recall: our coffee is roasted and ground to order & specifications..). We will do everything we can to make this subscription process go as seamlessly as possible. 

DONATION PORTAL & GUIDELINES:  

Donation portal. Our Store utilizes a Return-Donation Refund Portal in an effort to ease the process of your return/donation request. Below you will find what items can and cannot be donated (Donation Portal Guidelines). Donatable items must be given/sent to an approved national or local community-based organization (see Item(s) & Package Condition below).

  • When donating, we ask for proof of the item(s) return condition and the donation center’s deposit receipt & contact number (please check your community centers, someone should be able to help you obtain a receipt).
  • This information MUST accompany the donation, as we use it to verify claims. NO Exceptions will be made.
  • You can add these images by following the Returns Portal instructions.
  • Approved donations must meet all guidelines with no exceptions.

Donation Portal Guidelines. Items purchased at our shop are non-returnable. A refund request must be made through our refund donation portal and the guidelines are as follows: 

    • Request Processing times
      • The Donation request must be started no later than 14 days after receiving the product(s). Donation/refund requests not meeting all the guidelines/conditions will not be accepted. 
      • Donation Claim Investigation Review Processing Times: It can take up to 3 weeks to process your claim after the investigation is complete. 
      • Store Credit: Donation Portal Refunds are issued in the form of Store Credit only. 
      • Submissions: All refund/donations (for allowable items) must be initiated by the customer and submitted through the return to donation portal, not an associate, via email, phone, etc.
    • Sustainable items: Sustainable made-to-order items are not returnable or refundable which includes, but is not limited to: personalizations, and customizations, and, we can not accept returns of personalized items.
    • Shoes: try shoes on a soft carpet surface to eliminate the chance of scuffing. Shoes should be donated in their unmarked and in their original box.
    • Hygiene items: Hygiene and all body care items are non-refundable or donatable
    • Intimate items: swimming suits, bikini bottoms, underwear, and infant onesies, should be tried on over underwear, or with a protective barrier to not damage the garment. Stockings, tights, and socks must be in original packaging and unopened, or they are unreturnable. The protective film must be intact and undisturbed to qualify for donation. 
    • Tags & packaging: Stockings, socks, and tights may only be returned if the package has not been opened, or tampered with. The item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed, have original tags attached, packaging, with no sign of tampering, stains, alterations, or laundering, and be in the original packaging (considered part of the product and cannot be missing)
    • Fraud: At Sipley Bean N' Leaf, We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject return donations from customers and/or organizations due to. See  Terms of Service 
      • Irregular or excessive returns-donation history indicative of “wardrobing.”
      • An irregular or pattern of excessive return-donation history involving missing items, damaged items, laundered items, and altered items.
      • Not delivered or undeliverable item(s) because of incorrect delivery address at checkout. 
      • An irregular or pattern of excessive return-donation history indicative of Potential fraudulent or criminal activity
