Processing times: Processing times will differ depending on the product and takes into account payment processing as well. Sustainable products are made to order, with will add to lead and shipping time. Please reach out to us if you would like more information on processing and shipping time for a particular product, as they will vary based on the time to make the item(s) and location.
**Work-life balance: a SIP BEAN & LEAF we treasure our customers, and also our families. Please note that we reserve weekends and holidays for the family. Your orders, regardless of when received, (weekends/holidays) will be processed during normal business hours: Monday - Friday, unless otherwise posted in our shipping and delivery Policy. Processing, Shipping, and Delivery:
SIP BEAN & LEAF Coffee/Tea. All coffee orders are roasted and ground (if ordered) to order. Please note coffee processing and delivery information:
- Coffee Orders: Coffee only ships in the USA and Outlying U.S. Islands.
- Shipping, Processing, and Delivery:
- Processing time for processing, roasting, and/or grinding is approximately 1-5 business days.
- We ship all orders PRIORITY USPS with coffee delivered approximately 5-7 business days from the date processing is complete. Your delivery address will also determine when an order will be delivered.
- Work-life balance: at SIP BEAN & LEAF we treasure our customers, and also our families. Please note that we reserve weekends and holidays for the family. Your orders, regardless of when received, (weekends/holidays) will be processed during normal business hours: Monday - Friday, unless otherwise posted in our shipping and delivery Policy. - Subscription Cancelation: Right now, all our subscriptions are prepaid services & non-refundable. If you request cancellation, please contact us asap, and we will go from there. We understand that there are changes related to life, so let us know if you need to pause, suspend, or change the delivery address for your subscription. To reduce interruptions, please just let us know ASAP. Once the beans have reached the roasting phase, we will not be able to cancel your order. We will do everything we can to make this subscription process go as seamlessly as possible.
SIP BEAN & LEAF Candles.
- Candle Orders: Some candles only ship in the USA, not including the Outlying U.S. Islands (Note Shipping & Delivery locations order individual candle products)

- We ship all orders via USPS Priority Service & Delivered approximately 5-7 business days from the day you place the order depending on your address.

SIP BEAN & LEAF Merchandise. (Sustainable & non sustainable)

- Shipping, Processing, and Delivery: Vary depending on the item and customer shipping destination.
- Please note SIP BEAN & LEAF only keeps a small stock of various products. Most of our products are sustainably made-to-order. That means Processing time will differ based on the manufacturer. The exceptions are the products that have been previously mentioned. Non-sustainable items will arrive to you faster, and they are ready-made and do not require customizations or allow for personalization.
- Fragile items: fragile items are not bulk packaged and shipped, they are treated with care, and shipped in secure packaging to about and minimize damages while in transit.

**NOTE: Attempting a return of perishable items, NOT ALLOWED unless there was an issue such as a damaged delivery. If that is the case... You must submit proof of damage as soon as possible through the refund and donation portal. Also, Any express shipping where applicable is not refundable. Express shipping is Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, and other overnight or Express Shipping services that may have been requested by you. Ground shipping is not refunded unless our shipping department was at fault and your order arrived damaged.
** PERISHABLE Items: ACCORDING TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, WE ARE DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS OR REFUNDS FOR PERISHABLE ITEMS. Perishable items include food items, like tea, coffee, spice, cookies, etc. That means... the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
