Cancellation policy

Thank you for considering our subscription service. Imagine getting your regular-use goodies at your door on a regular basis without having to log in and place your order. We offer subscriptions for various items at different times. You can find out what is available on a subscription as you are looking through our product menu. See below for subscription shipping and delivery, & cancelation procedures:

Sip Bean & Leaf Subscription Shipping & Delivery. You can get some of our coffee on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis. Ouse subscriptions are a prepaid service, and the products are discounted as an added bonus for participating in subscriptions. Subscriptions really are the way to go, especially with Sipley Bean & Leaf. As you know, our coffee is processed, roasted, and ground to order (you can opt for whole beans too). This will change occasionally, so see what All coffee orders are then roast-to-order. Please note coffee/tea processing and delivery information:

    • Coffee/tea Orders: Coffee/tea only ships in the USA and Outlying U.S. Islands.
      • Shipping, Processing, and Delivery:
        • Processing time for processing, roasting, and/or grinding is approximately 1-5 business days.
        • We ship all orders PRIORITY/FIRST CLASS USPS with coffee delivered approximately 5-7 business days from the date processing is complete. Your delivery address will also determine when an order will be delivered.
        • Work-life balance: at Sip Bean & Leaf we treasure our customers, and also our families. Please note that we reserve weekends and holidays for the family. Your orders, regardless of when received, (weekends/holidays) will be processed during normal business hours: Monday - Friday, unless otherwise posted in our shipping and delivery Policy. We ask our valued customers to be mindful of this when placing an order. Thank you so much for understanding. Remember to review our Refund Policy before placing your order. 
        • We will email you tracking info. when the order ships
      • Subscription Cancelation: Right now, all our subscriptions are prepaid services & non-refundable. If you wish to cancel, please contact us, and we will go from there. We understand that there are changes related to life, so let us know if you need to pause, suspend, or change the delivery address for your subscription. To reduce interruptions, please just let us know ASAP. We cannot do anything once the order has been processed (recall: our coffee is processed & roasted to order & specifications.). We will do everything we can to make this subscription process go as seamlessly as possible.
